A shot of good booze is also more expensive in Manhattan than it is in Baltimore.  All depends on how much you want/need it in the moment I guess...

I have always sold that book far higher than guide. It's an impulse sale, not something serious collectors buy.

Not only that, it was clothes pinned to the wall, bowing really right next to the ceiling over head florescent.
