Mylar to fit into Itoya Portfolios 1 1

Hi all,

Thanks for your help with advice.  

Where can I get mylar and backing boards to fit perfectly into Itoya portfolios like 13 X 19?  I found mylar that are 13 X 19 but they won't fit into the Itoya 13 X 19 portfolios.  It almost needs a 12.5 X 18.5 mylar.

EGerber has 1218R mylars that measure 12.5”x 18.5”
