Thanks for looking!  I would love your opinion on the grading of this book.  Purchased this about 15 years ago, and am going back and forth on whether or not to submit it for grading.  Major issues I see are on the back cover (dust shadow lower left and some kind of stain on the top right over the “l” in pilot). Still a nice looking book and glad I added this before it was out of my league.

I'm thinking 7.0. Great looking book! I'm afraid it's slipping out of my range as it's the only Wrightson Swamp Thing I need.

Glad I jumped in back then and picked it up.  Don’t think I could justify the larger cost now.  I will post what both of these were “graded” on ebay when I purchased both this and the ASM 129 in the early 2000s.  So far both were overgraded based on the feedback thus far

Thanks for the grades.  Now for what I have in my records as my ebay purchase in the early 2000s. The seller graded this as a VF.  Now based on when I got it, some mild disappointment as per usual with ebay purchases, compared to now owning this with such grade...I am glad I picked it up back then.  I guess time can help heal thy wounds!

I would argue that this would get a higher grade than 7.0 with a press and a little minor cleaning (which CCS will do).  Those color break won't come out, but some of those flaws on the back cover will go away. I think 7.5 would not be a stretch after a visit to CCS.
