Accepted Publications? Reprinter in the 50s?

OK, due to the company name also just being a common word Im having trouble finding details on this with searches either here or anywhere. 

What's the deal with 1950s era publisher "Accepted Publications"? 

Were they a US reprinter? Were they they distribution for a different country?

Did you read the write-up in GCD - Accepted Publications was incorporated on 4 August 1954 in Bronx County, New York; and the incorporation was dissolved for lack of activity on 15 December 1961. None of the comics are known to be dated in the indicia, the 1958 date is taken from date stamps on various copies of the comics. There appears to be no new material in the comics, with reprints being from Star and Timor.
