There is a indent at the top of the book (not a tear). Otherwise the comic is almost perfect (i think)

What grade (CGC) would you give it ? Thanks !

Interesting. Hard to gauge from just pics, could look better/worse in-hand.

8.5 up to 9.0 with the dent through the book and 5-7 cb spine creases on back cover.

Can a dent be repaired (heat press for example) ?

Also can creases be ironed out  ?

Yes i could be worth it, might bring the grade up.

I wonder however if CGC would notice when grading?

CGC will not downgrade for pressing unless it was done improperly.
