I've got more "perfect" books that are CGC 8.0.

I'm not the one who started this topic, and you don't see me complaining... I'm just showing photos since he won't/can't, and these books don't look like CGC 8.0 until they're in a slab that says so. lol

I wish the OP would at least post 1 picture of the slabs. Otherwise i'd say make it Friday night thread so it doesn't go to waste.

Right, but if you don't know how to grade, you just see "perfect, almost never read, protected by bag, board, cotton gloves, laser grid, etc."

Yep you nailed it.  I once had a guy tell me his books were in excellent condition.  They were toast!!!  These were modern books with the thick board covers and he still managed to maul the hell out of them!!

Make that, "Lord", or "Sir" Barry-Windsor, yatta', yatta', etc., etc. - Smith. And don't forget the Robespierre and Montague in there somewhere. :applause:

It's easily the worst spelling of Manilow I've ever seen.

As a down-to-earth, blue-collar Brit, it's something which always irritated me.  Snobbish and pretentious.
