This is a probably a long shot, but does anyone remember Neck: the Magazine for People with Necks? I recall it being a fanzine of sorts printed BW on newsprint. Maybe got it as a freebie at a con? Maybe only in the northeast? Don't remember much about it, other than that my teenage self thought it was funny. I think it was a combination of comics and prose.
