I have owned this for many years and like to understand how best to submit for grading or consider maybe selling raw? This copy has a detached centerfold I don't know how much that impacts the grade but IMO the book otherwise is fantastic. This is my first ever post after reading many years and come to appreciate your guys knowledge and insight. Any guesses to a grade? Thank you in advance! I've seen quite a few of these selling on ebay, out of my price range. Personally, I grade any book missing anything as a fair at best no matter how good it looks or if it is a key.
