PGM Witchcraft No. 2 0

Hi gang - I found this gently loved Witchcraft No. 2 this weekend a local VFW comic show.  Was hoping to get your opinion on the grade.

how much of the spine is split? I can see some of the splitting at the bottom but I am wondering how much of it is split along the entire spine? Looks to have some splitting at the top, and under the top staple? Witchcraft #2's in this grade are notorious for spine splits.

What is going on in the center of the cover by the "H" and the "C" of the title lettering? Is it a hole/ scrape/ or is it staining?

Looks similar to my copy.

I would call that one a 2.0 …. but it has nice eye appeal so would probably fetch a premium to grade. GOD BLESS.....

There is a 1/2" split on the bottom and a 3/4" split on the top.  Between the H and C is a smudge and below that what I would describe as a tape pull, not a hole.
