Looks considerably better, but has a 3/4 inch spine split at the top and bottom and a two inch split in the middle of the spine. Book is tight despite the spine. Nicest copy I've ever owned, with virtually none of the browning that is often seen on the cover. A CGC 3.5 recently went for $2.6K.
