Just back from CGC.  Haunt of Fear 16, graded at 5.0 with off-white pages.  I have included lots of pics on this one, looks more like a 6.0 or better but has a corner chip top right.  Truly a GREAT presenting book at 5.0 pricing.  Speaking of pricing, GPA shows a 4.0 at $360 this month and a 5.5 back in August at $436.  $375.00 takes this spiffy 5.0.
