Pentagon Federal Credit Union/Mennen Double Cover? 0

Hey everybody, I was singing and if anyone had any info on the Pentagon Federal Credit Union Cover on this ASM 122. The book also has a Mark Jewelers insert, so I’m assuming these were sent to soldiers deployed overseas. Pics are below. If you have any info as to why, when, how these were distribute I’d love to learn about it.
