PGM 80 Page Giant #2

What appears to be minor spine splits, minor to moderate creasing, some color fading, corner/edge pieces missing (Chipping???).

Due to this being a square bound book it is hard to tell how long/severe the spine splits are and if the missing pieces are from "Marvel Chipping" they are considered a "Bindery/Printing Defect and should not severely affect the grade.

Taking all of this into consideration and not having the book in hand IMO...

I think you got a great deal if you bought for a FA price.  I see small pieces missing from cover, small tear back cover, water or other stains on the inside front cover slightly visible on the outer front cover, moderate cover wear with some color breaking.  I don't see any spine splitting, correct me if i'm wrong.

is there a market for these 80 Giant issues?

I just ran across a ton of Superman,Batman,Detective,Action and Adventure 80 page Giants(all Silver age)...I looked them up and with each issues they jump in price....they'll be like 8 comics in a row listed as $80 and Then 80 Page Giant Jumps to $140...

I dont think you can consider them KEYS...but they definitely have Price increases..

do these type of books do well on the market?
