PGM FF 52 0

Recently scored this FF 52. It is in very good condition except for a chip on the bottom right hand corner of the cover which you can clearly see in the pics. I was thinking this book could be a very high grade without that chip, but...wish in one hand, right?? What do you more seasoned guys think??

Since the missing piece seems to be fairly large (its width is about one inch?) and my references usually mention missing pieces of 1/4 to 1/8 of an inch in the fine range, I will go with 6.0 since the rest of the comic is in excellent shape. P.S: I believe its better to not leave your personal opinion about the grade in the first message, as to avoid influencing others.

in addition to the piece missing, there are a few spine tics and minor non-color breaking edge and corner wear. otherwise very nice book.  The highest CGC grade i've ever seen for a book with a missing cover piece is 6.5, and that piece was a little larger than this one.  So i'm going with:

CGC 6.5

Yeah, 6.0 seems right. MAYBE 6.5, since it's a great-looking book otherwise.

Just got a ship notification that this has been graded and is on its way back to me. Apparently it grabbed a 7.0!! When I have it back in hand, I will confirm and post pics. Thanks so much for all the insights!!

Here it is!! Fresh back from CGC! Thanks for all the input everyone!

I was at a 7.0 before I saw the result. That piece looks more like a production chip than handling damage, and the rest of the book is clean!
