I have a copy that is very close condition wise to this one, I should be getting it back from CGC in a week or two.
But I am guessing a 9.4.

Lower half of the front cover reading edge shows some reading stress lines. 8.5/9.0.

Wow! Sharp book, love it!

Slight lower spine corner wear, lower right front cover cb crease, 9.2

Squarebounds can be tough.. but looks to be around a 9.0 + or - a grade.

That is a sharp looking book! Did you build a time machine and go back and buy it?  Looks to be 9.2.

Actually the more I look at it, I wouldn't be surprised if it came back 9.4

If I had a time machine, I’d be showing off my gem mint 10.0 copy of Action Comics 1 😉😁

A nice high grade example---thanks for posting it! Is that a small split at the bottom of the spine?

Second look.... in the first pic, what is that at the very bottom of the spine? Is that a split?

You and me both!

At first I thought it was just because the book was inside the bag, but on second look, hmmm....

This. With a slight lean to the 9.0 side. On a square-bound, you need the book in hand to further fine tune the grade.
