Does anyone know if CGC is more lenient on books with a detached cover when they were manufactured with a single staple?

First, let me say that I really like Planet Comics. They're very cool and the covers are amazing. So I'm inclined to give them the best grade I can when I see them posted in this forum. And I'm really happy for you regarding the final grade, even if I don't agree with it. Maybe it was supposed to be a Qualified 4.0..?

I had this @ 3.5, but not surprised that CGC gave it this grade either.  Shows what we all know about how they assess certain flaws especially on GA books.
