MIL0S
If USPS tracking indicates that a package was delivered does that absolve a seller of any claims of non-delivery from a buyer? of course a package left at someones door may be stolen after being delivered but who's responsible in the eyes of ebay/paypal once package is marked 'delivered'? Only PayPal can answer whether their seller protection will cover that, but my recommendation for the future would be to always include a handling fee to cover the cost of Signature Required on anything over a certain dollar amount.
