Is the date stamp period correct? If so it makes me love the comic even more! I would happily take a date stamp from around the time the comic was sold on any of my comics! 

In CGC terms I think this warrants a 4.0-4.5 as is with 5.0 potential

4.5, 5.0 potential if it didn't have the sub-crease. 3.5 taking that into consideration.

I assume the date stamp is period correct as I would have purchased this in the early 70's

 I was hoping with a clean and press I would get a CGC 5/6 but perhaps not
