Good morning. It has been reported to us that some users are having difficulty printing their packing slips and accessing their cart. We are working to get these problems fixed as soon as possible. Thank you to those who have called and emailed. We apologize for this inconvenience.

I never had experienced any problems with CGC booth until today (March 22nd). I printed the packing slips a night before to save our time. All I do is to drop off my books at your booth.

Don't understand why no one would take my packing slip (for Express drop-off).  I already showed the slip but I was told to join the waiting list online at the booth. Waited for the text message from CGC for over three hours but I never got it so I had to show the slip in front of the booth until someone got my attention.  Can you explain us why you couldn't taken the slips and books quickly?
