Lots of creases and the tear. Technically, a 3.0 or 3.5, but it's flat and tight, a major key, so as an attractive low grade, it would bring a 4.5 price on ebay with large, clear pictures.

A solid lower grade book. I'd be at 3.0 - 3.5 because of the staining...

general wear consistent with the VG grade, but the severity of water staining of the front cover and the resulting warping of the front cover knocks this down a bit.  Presents better than the technical grade due to the dark cover masking quite a bit of any water stain bleed-through.

CGC 3.0, could press up nicely to a 3.5 or even a 4.0

Sent off to CGC today. Will update when it gets back. I’m hoping for a 3.0, but wouldn’t be surprised if it comes back as a 2.5.

Kinda shocked it got this high. Thought for sure with the amount of staining it would hit 3 at most with 2.5 likely.
