5.0 to 5.5 without considering the back cover corner moisture spot. With that factored in, a technical 4.5 to 5.0, but although a press won't help elevate the grade (two creases and the spot), a press will improve the overall eye-appeal and will help facilitate a sale in the 6.0 price range because the colors and paper quality are excellent, as well as the spine being much better than a typical 5.0 to 6.0 range book. very nice copy.  .

major defects: long 3-4" partial color breaking crease on front cover through Thor, 1" diagonal color breaking crease right bottom corner, color breaking spine tics, corner and edge wear and overhang, dirt on back cover.  I'm not entirely convinced that's a back cover moisture stain, as it could just be a dirty area.

I like the 5.5, and I think JJJ is right---this is a nice solid copy which presents well, even with the creasing. I could see someone trying to push this to a 6.0...

CGC seems to be tough on this book lately IMHO. I'm at a 5.5-6.0 with a press/clean.
