Please grade this Jungle Comics #38! 0

[Point Five]

One interior page has a 1.5" tear. Single staple has rust but no transfer; all attached.

Ahhhh she looks like she gives off a nice old comic smell 

For me, the page quality looks lower. Very rounded corners, small chunk missing. Presents nicely though, I will say 2.5-3.0

Thx! The page corners are a touch worn but PQ nicely offwhite at worst, no brittleness.

It looks more brittle in the pic. If pages aren't, I think 3.5 is an outside possibility.

Better than 2.5 but how much? I'd say 3.0 is about right but if the book feels nice and solid VG- quite possible.
