Never seen this comics/cover before.  Can you please confirm that it was published?

I know Jim did very few comics in the 90's, but among them were a few giveaway comics such as issue #4 Chaos in Calgary, and #5 Dead Ball but I don't recall this one at all

There were originally plans to produce 10 CACP (Canadian Assiciation of Chief of Police) Spider-Man comics, but only five were published. Jim still has the OA to the splash of an unpublished story called “Danger Alley.”  This cover is another of the unpublished ones.
