I've never heard Avatar summed up so succinctly, bravo sir.  

And yes, I too thought the movie sucked.  But whoever James Cameron sold his soul to in exchange for smashing box office success, he clearly found a good buyer.

Had this on my TV in the background yesterday for about an hour.

The CGI has not aged well. Looks like PS3 video game scenes.

The guy's fake deteriorating legs ____ me off at how fake they look.

took the kids to see Avatar when it came out... when i asked them how they liked it... they loved the 3D... but my daughter went on to tell me it was exactly like Pocahontas!

I just realized that Disney now owns Avatar,so these sequels might do better than I expected.

Avatar FOP the ride sucks almost as much as the movie(it's basically Soarin with tall smurfs!) but the other ride: Navi river journey sucks the most of all!!!!
