What does everyone think of the value/futures on this issue?  Comics Scene 31 apparently has the first "print" image of Harley Quinn, which is compelling, but it's also not necessarily a "comic" and more of a magazine.  There's not much history for sales of this item on ebay, but there's been some buzz online about it for some time.  GoCollect doesn't recognize it, nor do most other value sites.  Does anyone have any insight or resource to follow the value, or an opinion on the likelihood if this being anything more than just an appreciation key issue?

Been a 30-50$ book since 2018 if it helps
