Submitting yellow label to CCS 0

Does anyone have experience doing this via the online submission form? It doesn’t seem to allow me to select a resubmit yellow label for pressing and regrading, I see fees associated with blue label... is this something I can submit online? Or do I need to actually drop it off at a con. 

As I understand it they can do it if you send it in slabbed and retain yellow label but I must be missing something or it’s just an in-person thing...

Help appreciated.

I could speculate as to the answer, but if you call customer service they should be able to tell you how to do this if you don't have any Signature Series submission forms handy.
