Mid grade. Staining in back cover and a crease on the bottom right corner. Would benefit from a cleaning.

I think they will hammer it for the stains. I'd guess around a 6.0.

None that I know of, but I admittedly lack any depth of knowledge regarding paper conservation, save for experimenting with a few of my own antique cigar boxes with mixed success (and nothing that would I think translate to comics).

If those are rust stains or some type of foxing they won't come out.
