Hi these are the only pictures I have let me know what you think also does it look like CT top spine (black area) FC seller doesn't have image of inside FC page so that has me a bit weary.

2.5 would be my guess as well. Lower if it has a cover tear / spine split. I can't tell from the photos.

I'd be closer to a 3.5 or a 4.0,Leaning toward the 3.5 I bet u wish u never saw the name paul kelly or DC!

I have a Hulk 180 with a similar creases in bottom right corner. No writing on it though and I’m hoping for my 180 to come back 3.5-4.0. So when I know what it is I’ll share cuz this has to be lower

I believe it will grade a 3.0. It looks to me like the top staple may have been replaced? A well loved, well read comic. You can tell it was shared/passed around many times.

Yeah I might pass on it then as that top staple looks shiny and the seller has other books slabbed that has trimming ct and tear seals this is the only one not slabbed so I’m being a bit cautious

I would also be in the 3.0-3.5 camp.  I doubt it on the CT, not sure why he would only do that little area and not more of the crease, especially the purple.  The Paul Kelly is a big turn off for me for what it's worth...
