First I'll take it gets the book.

Detective Comics 32.  First time Batman kills with a gun.  The book is missing the cover, first wrap and centerfold.  Reproductions are included for the cover and first wrap, not the centerfold.  Cream to Off-White Pages and an approximate 1/2"x1" is torn out of the last page margin, but included with the book and only affects a small part of panel.

I thought it was a vampire. The silver bullet always seemed weird to me.

Depends on the movie. The Vampire in Curse of the Undead was killed by a silver bullet. On the other hand, their was a piece of the true cross embedded in the bullet, so that probably helped a lot .

I've always liked the Tec 29 cover swipe on the interior of the 32.
