First skull cover post code 0

Hard to believe it took 9 years for a skull to be featured on a cover after the code, but it appears to be so. Am I missing an earlier one?

the previous ghost stories issues were either a blacked out hood, a misty space, or just hints of some sort of face. You can see them sort of testing the waters up to this one. Next issue, it’s clear it’s a skull but heavily shaded and obscured. 2 issues later, the skull is more fully formed, and the 3rd after this is a full on drawn cover (don’t have that, but posting a scan lifted from the net)
