I got an email that CGC will be having Private Signing at NYC Comic con, Kirkman, Jim Lee, etc is it possible for us to mail comics directly to CGC so that they get them signed?

I would say if CGC didn't make an offer for that in the email FROM CGC, the answer is likely no.  But of course you could always CONTACT CGC Customer Service to ASK CGC if CGC is accepting mail-in submissions for CGC SS at the CGC PRIVATE SIGNING.  CGC has a CGC WEBSITE where they have their  CGC CONTACT INFORMATION or even at the bottom of the CGC EMAIL.

Nope - the private signings at NYCC are solely for people who are actually attending the show. You can, however, mail your books to a CGC facilitator and have them submit the books at the show on your behalf.
