Just one book today. 

Incredible Hulk Annual #1 CGC 8.5 Signed by Jim Steranko.

Last GPA Steranko SS 8.5 sale was $400 in 2015.  An 8.0 sold for $500 in June 2018.

Asking $600, $550,   $525 shipped. Ships USPS Priority Insured. Currently only selling to CONUS.  

Prefer PayPal but will accept Check, Money Order. Book ships after payment clears.
