This would've been a fun book for the grading contest.  hm  FC eye appeal and freshness are off the charts, but whole lower right corner of book has moisture damage through the pages, and the BC looks particularly rough. Whacha think?

Without the water damage i would have graded this book a FN 6.0, the water damage shown is acceptable in VG 4.0 so taking everything into account...

I am going with a VG+ 4.5 - VG/FN 5.0.

If it were my book and I was grading and cataloging it would be listed as...

VG+ 4.5 with a notation stating "would be FN 6.0 except for water damage". (I always tend to under grade my books)
