I plan on dropping off some comics at the Rhode Island Comic Con. On the submittal form I valued each comic at $200 or less. Does that mean if the appraiser thinks the comic value is higher than $200, that is the most ($200) the comic will be valued at, or will I get the appraisers actual value even if more that 200? Thanks..........

there's a "Value or Economy" thread right below yours with basically the same thing you're asking concerning the value you make while submitting. It's more of a value for insurance purposes
