Need help with a value! 0

I posted on here about a week ago regarding an action comics 252 that was stolen from me. I am trying to see if homeowners will cover it but they’re asking for an appraisal. Well, it’s quite hard to get an appraisal from a comic store when I don’t have the physical copy in hand. With that said, i’m trying to gather as much information as I can about the comic. Gocollect.com seems to have a fair amount of recent sales figures, but l would have to sign up for a full subscription with them. Is there anyone here that would be able to maybe screenshot the image of what the most recent 3.5s have gone. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Here are the 5 sales recorded in 2019 by GPAnalysis for your book (you can check out their website by clicking on their name).

I've highlighted the five 2019 sales with a red square.

You've got the CGC registration number-- you should be able to log in to the site and get a record of it.

Current GP on the book in 3.5 is about $1300.

Hopefully you get reimbursed and buy another one and its like nothing happened.  Depends on deductible tho.
