Submission options for Todd McFarlane signing 0

I'm sending books in for the Todd McFarlane signing also and went along with setting up a free account.  The private signing form that I printed was quite long.  If I upgrade to a Premium Membership, am I able to submit my books online for the McFarlane signing as opposed to printing out the bulky paper form?  I'm sending books for both custom labels along with the standard CGC SS labels and hate to print the 7-9 page form twice for each invoice.

Regardless of what type of account you have you will need to fill out the paperwork. Also there is a Todd McFarlane private signing thread you can ask your questions on.
