Please grade this Norwegian Donald Duck

Dealer has this 1954 duck comic as FN.. Which, to be fair, is a tad optimistic. What do you guys think:

Very optimistic. How much of that spine is split? From what I can see right now without knowing how much of the spine is split I'd say a 4.0; tops.

Looks like the split goes up to the bottom staple

3.0 maybe? I'd be amazed if anyone who knew what they were doing graded that at more than 4.0...the spine wear and the long crease is very VG-ish - with the split as well, probably less...

Ouch. Yeah, since it goes that far up I'd say a 3.0.
