this 8.0 presents much better than assigned grade from a f.c. perspective; this is because cgc dropped it because of a light, unobtrusive little stain on the b.c.   see scan.

last sale @$4,500 in sept.; because this one presents better than grade, i'm lookin' for $4,750 here. 4k even now.  SOLD!

92’— very nice. As nice as it to have the books for a long time, sometimes it’s nice for them to move on and graze in other pastures. Someone will definitely be happy with this one, that’s for sure!
