8.0 seems low to me. I don't care what some people say, newer books are judged more harshly than silver / gold, even bronze age books. I usually hesitate to slab newer books for that reason. I think you could have listed this book on Ebay at a higher grade than 8.0 and not have been deceiving anyone. Once it's slabbed you have to take what you get.
