Modern-age comic graded 9.6 - seems off

I just received this comic, but now that it's in my hands, I see there are some things slightly off. But I am semi-new to collecting, so I'm asking for your experience/feedback. Of course I tried contacting CGC, but it might as well have been a wall. 

Here's what I've noticed of the comic, graded 9.6

4 non-color breaking spine creases front (3 are more like spine ticks)
4 color breaking spine creases front (
2 non-color breaking spine creases back
2 color breaking spine creases back
1 page crease on back cover, bottom right (see photos)

A couple of the creases are more like ticks, but they're there. The comic and 'archive paper' is loose enough inside to bounce around the chamber when rotated (should this be airtight or something?).
