wondering what yall would grade this with and without the hole punch on the cover and first two pages.

I'm going to say 4.0. Not sure if the holes make a big difference with a lower grade.

Yeah 4.0-4.5 seems about right

Without holes punched: 4.5 due to staining and small pieces out of back cover, and general wear

With holes punched in front cover and first 2 pages: 3.5, i've seen many nice mid grade books with a hole punched through the entire book grade at 3.0, and this one is only the cover and first 2 pages so should not be penalized as harshly i think.

I think it does, and I think it's what would prevent it from getting a 4.0.
