I like this book, but what is going on with that upper staple?

I'm not super sure of myself grading above 8.0... but to me this is a 8.5, maybe better. Great book.

Might be able to erase the pencil on the back too? Sending up the Bat Signal now...

The pencil mark on the back cover is an arrival date, I highly doubt CGC would downgrade the book for that.

The upper staple is firmly attached, has not pulled through.

8.5 because of the lower left corner of back cover (looks like a non-colour breaking bend/crease).

Would suggest a clean & press but I know that you are not a fan of it...
