I'll go out on a limb and say this---Denny O'Neil is SUPER UBER tough to get, and that was BEFORE Covid-Con.  Cancellations, no-shows---conventions would book him and he wouldn't show.  In 2019 he made ONE convention appearance, at East Coast Comicon for all of 2 hours on a Friday.  Hasn't been seen since.  Joey Q, you can get annually at SDCC and NYCC at $40 per sig.  Nowlan does about two shows a year.
