Low print run from Mirage Studios 1986---uber tough in HG.  This is an uncirculated file copy, probably worth sending in for a re-evaluation.  Eastman sig easy, Laird sign, not so much.

These next two are top census.   According to such, there is just one lone 9.8 (blue universal) in the census.  The next universal graded copy is 9.4.  But between those you have three copies of this book in 9.6 signature series.  There are none higher.  Here are two of those three books.

Do you have any documentation on who's file copy this was?  Usually CGC notes that it is that individuals file copy.
