Smudge on Slab 0

HI,

Recently purchased online a 9.8 CGC graded Spider-Man # 700.

Upon observing noticed what looks like a smudge on the back of the comic. . 

Attempted to do a general wipe thinking it might be dirt etc but appears to be inside the comic. 

Wanted to know if this some kind of mold etc.. 

I looked up other graded CGC comics online and don't see this issue on others.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for your message.  It looks like there might be something on the inside of the holder.  We do offer a reholder service where we can put it into a new holder.  However, since you were not the original submitter you would have to pay for that service.  You might want to contact the seller and see if they can have it reholdered for you.  If you do want to submit that to us yourself, we are currently allowing free members to send in submissions through the end of May.  You can find more information here: https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/8171/
