956Ref Posted May 19, 2020 Share Posted May 19, 2020 Hello, I purchased this CSS 25. Seller said it was a 2.5. I am not sure I agree with that grade. I know some of the PCH books are grading leniently with CGC. I am thinking of getting a run of CSS slabbed, but I dont want it to come back a 1.8 which is what I would put it at. rjpb Posted May 22, 2020 Share Posted May 22, 2020 If the spine isn't splitting and the pages aren't brittle, I expect a 2.0 is how it would grade, as CGC will accept a lot of creasing at that grade, but could end up a 1.8.
