You dont get charged until your books are shipped, at which time you should see the credits applied. Be aware the credit is only applied towards grading fees. Pressing and shipping/handling fees wont have credits applied or be discounted.

This is only true with the premium and elite tiers.  If you sign up for associate, your subscription fee is not put towards your submissions.
