Looking to compete my 9.8 custom set featuring one of my favourite robotic threats - ARSENAL!

Opinions on if this would make the grade?

I am not a fan of over spray and scuff but I could see a cgc 9.8

Whatever you think. If its for your collection than someone else's grade is irrelevant. For my personal collection I can care less what cgc calls the book. My grade is the only one that matters.

It's definitely a candidate. 9.4+ IMO.

It is for my personal collection, but since there are only three issues featuring on of my favourite characters, Arsenal, and I own the other two in 9.8 grade already I though it a perfect time to strive for the specific grade for my fun set: https://comics.www.collectors-society.com/WCM/ComicCustomSetView.aspx?s=29180

I was also thinking the scuff could be removed with a little dry cleaning, so hence why I'm considering it.

Did the scuff take the gloss off? If so that 9.8 could be bye bye.

9.4-9.6

I know CGC says production flaws don't hurt a book but I think they will look at that back cover with that slight miscut along the bottom plus the light scuff along the back spine and hit it with a 9.6. Hope I am wrong but mentally, I would prepare for that if you do sub it.

Thanks all - pretty much confirmed my hesitation on the book so will pass on getting this one graded.
