Slabbing fees are on the Cgc website.  For a ballpark price, look up sold prices on the bay.

What you paid to get it graded....

Something else you can try, if you don't want to pay for a GPA subscription, is go to eBay and do a search for sold slabs just like it.  It's under 'Advanced'.  Make sure you select 'Sold Listings' in your search criteria.  This is a broad search to see what others have sold their slab for, but it doesn't necessarily tell you the value.  It's just for information gathering.

Thor #2 Cates run is hot as it is.  A 9.8 SS is a pretty nice little book right now.  I would say that FMV is at least $250+
