I recently picked up this book from Dale Roberts Comics. It was sold to me as a VF/VF+ book. As long as I can get a CGC 8.0 or above on it, I'll be happy. Although I didn't take a picture, the spine is in good shape. I see some damage in the upper right-hand corner of the front cover. Also, a little roughness along the top of the front cover.

I would really appreciate hearing everyone's opinion. I'm not going to send this to CGC unless the consensus is 8.0 or above.
